The Villages of Bacton
This website is an introduction to the villages we are proud to live in. We are expanding it all the time and we hope that you will visit the site regularly both to find out what is happening and to tell others of your activities.
Bacton and Edingthorpe
The Parish Council is your voice in the attractive North Norfolk villages of Bacton and Edingthorpe. We meet on the second Monday of alternate months (usually January, March, May, July, September and November) and we represent the interests of our two villages.
News and Information
The new dog bin at Bacton Church has been installed and others replaced. We have arranged for the village signs for both Bacton and Edingthorpe to be re-carved and this will take some time as this is a specialist skill. We are also investigating funding for two new replacement pieces of play equipment. These items will cost around £20,000 so it is essential that we secure match funding and this does take considerable effort and again time.
