This website is an introduction to the villages we are proud to live in. We are expanding it all the time and we hope that you will visit the site regularly both to find out what is happening and to tell others of your activities.
Bacton and Edingthorpe
The Parish Council is your voice in the attractive North Norfolk villages of Bacton and Edingthorpe. We meet on the second Monday of alternate months (usually January, March, May, July, September and November) and we represent the interests of our two villages.

THE - EQUINOR / DUDGEON AND SHERINGHAM SHOAL
PROJECT IS NOW COMING IN AT WEYBOURNE AND THEY
ARE NO LONGER LOOKING AT BACTON - see attached letter
MULTISPORTS HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR THIS YEAR - we apologise for this to the children of our village. These funds have been transferred to the Children's Christmas Party for 2020.
NEXT PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO
HOLD A COVID SAFE MEETING ON MONDAY 14TH SEPTEMBER IN THE LARGE HALL IF NOT IT WILL BE VIA ZOOM. YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THE SECURITY AND STEPS TO ATTEND.

Councillors who stood and have been elected are:
Susan Holden, Ralph Bell, Richard Kimble, Tricia Myles, Pauline Paterson and Ian Witham - co-option took place of Richard Barr, Nigel Lee and Sandra Emerson. A recent co-option was Jan Rush - who we welcome to our team.
Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings and a short period of time is given for the public to air their views on matters directly related to the Parish Council.
